This powerful Crown amplifier features a cute LCD screen on the front panel to guide you through its configuration. It consists of onboard DSP for loudspeaker signal processing. This extremely versatile amplifier is rated for 2, 4 and 8 ohms loads along with 70V and 140V outputs. It provides you up to 20 user defined DSP presets. The signal to noise ratio is 100dB, frequency response is +0 to -1 dB and the damping factor range from 20 Hz to 400 Hz >500.
The Crown CDI 2000 Power Amplifier is efficient in its performance. The onboard DSP features crossovers, EQ filters, delay and output limiting. It provides accurate sound with low distortion for excellent music and vocal reproductions. In addition, it supports wide range of speaker impedances and outputs. The output power include 1000 watts at 2 ohms stereo per channel, 800 watts at 4 ohms stereo per channel, 475 watts at 8 ohms stereo per channel, 800 watts at 70 V stereo per channel, 2000 watts at 4 ohms Bridged mono and 1600mW at 140 V bridged mono.
Other features include switch-mode universal power supply, useful function indicators, proportional-speed fan-assisted cooling, removable Phoenix-style inputs and barrier strip outputs for low-Z or 70V/140V loads and short-circuit protection. The operating temperature range is 0-40 degree C at 95% humidity.
