Onkyo TX-8522 Amplifier is a cool looking amplifier and one of the finest
amongst the set of its kind. The amplifiers are mainly used to enhance the sound signals and provide high clarity and bass effect. This amplifier is a device with isolated power transfer and discrete output stage. TX-8522 has a high quality performance which maintains the purity of music, radio and video sources.
Technical Details
It is a compact device with the control keys on the front and with 2 stereo channels each with 100 Watt and with 8 ohms (20-20,000 Hz) resistance at 0.08% THD. It has four audio input channels including phono and two A/V inputs for composite video. The rear input connectors are 6 RCA including 2 Audio Channels and 2 composite video and rear output connectors are 3 RCA including two Audio Channels and 2 composite video. The only front AV connection is a headphone.
With Hi-Fi stereo sound output mode, the Signal-To-Noise Ratio supported by the unit is 100 dB.
Onkyo TX-8522 Stereo Amplifier has a standard remote control for easy use of the device. You also have controls on bass and treble and an A-B speaker switch. The radio has AM and FM digital tuner with 40 preset stations and with a signal-to-noise ratio. This amplifier have controls for adjusting the balance, display dimmer, direct for tone bypass, pure audio, tuning (up, down, direct frequency input) and also an alphanumeric keypad (for direct tuning, preset naming etc.). The supported RDS functions of the unit are PS, RT, TP and PTY.
