Teac A-H500 Amplifier
February 17, 2008
Why do people want to have an amp? The answer is simple! Just to amplify the audio output of their music system with high quality. Amplification enhances the quality of actual audio output through audio reproduction. Teac, a reputed manufacturing company has concentrated its production of amplifiers. It has introduced a new product in the name of Teac A-H500 Integrated Amplifier which has the potential to offer distinct benefits like 95 dB SNR, high frequency response and 80 watts RMS power.
Features
• SNR is the acronym of the term ‘Signal-to-Noise Ratio’ which is measured with the help of the unit ‘decibel’. The ratio indicates the difference between the reference level and noise of the floor. You can expect a maximum SNR up to 95 db in this device.
• It is not suggested to bridge the power output of 2 channels in the device as it will not support bridging.
• Frequency response rate of the device has been measured as 5 Hz to 80 kHz.
• THD stands for ‘Total Harmonic Distortion’ which indicates the amount of changes happened in the harmonic content of the signal while they amplified. If the THD figure is less, then the change in the harmonic content will be low which results in precise audio amplification. The unit has come with 0.03% THD rate.
• You can get 80 watts RMS power at 4 ohms and 50 watts power at 8 ohms.
• Teac has made Teac A-H500 Amplifier with compact measurements as 13.3 (H) x 29.2 (W) x 33.4 (D) and 6.8 kilo grams weight.
